Most business owners, finance directors and other senior executives see the office printer or printers as a necessary cash drain, and for the most part they are correct.
But, did you know there is a very simple and cost free way to minimise this drain, and allows you to covert any savings in to hard cash that increases your gross profitability?
After studying many organisations, and seeing, in the majority of cases, their existing office printer solution cost them over double what is needed. We set out on a mission to find a solution that can identify any savings, which can be then used to increase an organisations gross profitability.
A good example of the work we do is Hyundai. Before our consultancy exercise (assessment), Hyundai were spending close to £10,000 each year on their existing office printer solution.
Through our free assessment exercise, we identified some key issues with their existing office printer solution, both operational and cost related. The final recommendation put forward completely changed their existing office printer solution, for one which was optimized to make the most amount of gross profit (savings), whilst also improving their operational efficiency. Hyundai now save £5,000 each year, which has significantly increased their ongoing gross profitability.
