- Internet shopping
- The financial crisis
- Super super-markets selling everything 24/7
We changed, to become convenient again. And started a free delivery service to homes, businesses, schools & other organisations.
But this still wasn’t enough to counteract all 3 events & stop profits declining.
We had to change again & pivot.
What do I mean by pivot?
Develop other products and solutions which dovetailed with what we already provided, which opened new markets to existing & new customers.
We are in the office & workplace solutions industry. But all we provided back then was printer consumables.
Pivoting allowed us to develop:
- Home & business printer technology solutions
- Internet phones
- Office furniture portfolios
- Stationery and office & workplace supplies
Today, we’re pivoting again & redesigning our solutions, to make sure we have the products and services to help the new wave of home workers.
Including direct free delivery to home workers with flexible invoicing solutions to suit each individual head office requirement.
