Have you ever felt like you’re losing your mind?
Don’t know about you, but I certainly have, and I’m forever trying to change my mindset to be much more positive.
This leads me on to this week’s book review ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’ by Dr Joe Dispenza.
Dr Dispenza is a well-educated person and a recognised leading expert in neuroscience.
He argues that humans are not doomed by their genes and don’t need to be hard wired in the same way for the rest of their lives.
It’s a book about how to empty your mind and to how create a new one, which can deliver you the kind of lifestyle you can only dream about.
Dr Dispenza goes deep explaining how your brain works and how changes in your thought patterns can make huge differences in the way you live your life.
I’ve got to admit though, some of it was mind blowing stuff and way beyond what I could understand.
But also, there are lots of not to complicated learnings I can take from the book, and start to apply in both business and life, which will certainly help me to be more positive.
‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’ gets a thumbs up and 4 stars, and I’m sure it would have got 5 stars if I could understand it all.
