What’s going to be the 1 thing you focus on this year?

Last year for us was about 2 things:

1. Building a winning team. We added 2 new (experienced) people to our existing team. Both Kerry & Paul have brought lots of experience and some vital skill sets that we had been missing. Making an already great team even better.
2. Refining our offering. To really understanding what makes us different. Defining why people & organisations can trust us to help them solve their problems.

But this year it’s all about 1 thing…

I’m sure you know we provide office & workplace solutions. Things like printers, photocopiers, telephones, printer cartridges and stationery. On monthly agreements or pay as you go.

And last year we came across so many organisations who had been miss-sold by their office solution provider, we simply had to do something about it.

So, our 1 thing this year, is to change the negative perception of the office solutions industry. Yes, there are some unscrupulous suppliers out there who don’t think twice about hoodwinking customers. But there are some honest 1’s too. And we’re going to prove it to you this year.

Everything we do will be centred around Simple Honest Service and:

• Our agreements are simple to understand, with no jargon or hidden clauses.
• Our agreements have guaranteed fixed prices with no hidden price increases or hidden extra charges.
• Our agreements let you leave early (if the service is poor) without making you pay £1,000’s to be released.
