If you have made any payments using our invoice payment page, your invoice payment(s) will be allotted within 24 working hours to your account and any credits/refunds will be processed to your account at the same time.


If you have purchased a Just Ink subscription, we will contact you within 24 working hours via your email address to confirm your print cartridge type and finalise your order. Once processed, we will send out your required cartridges on request.


If you have purchased one of our Infinity Plans, your printer will be sent by courier to you within 2-3 working days after receiving your cleared payment. When your cartridges need replacing contact us on 0800 1833 800 or send an email to and we will send out replacements to you free of charge. It's as simple as that! Should you experience any technical problems with your Infinity printer, please contact us on 0800 1833 800 and ask for technical support or send an email to and we will respond as soon as possible to your request.


If you have purchased Microsoft Office, please allow upto 24 working hours for your account to be created and once complete, you will be sent your download details and login information to be able to install your Microsoft Office products on to your equipment. If you experience any difficulty in obtaining your software, please contact our technical team on 0800 1833 800 and we will work with you to resolve your request.
