We’re on the family package, which first increased by 17% in December 2020, and will now increase again by an additional 14% from next month.
That’s a whopping 33% increase in just 14 months!
Not sure how to feel about it really, as they’ve chosen to do it at a time when families are really feeling the squeeze from huge energy and fuel price increases.
They’ve not even let existing loyal customers stay on the current pricing structure, and only charge the new higher price for new subscription sign ups.
It’s really made us think about what we should do.
Netflix is a good product, and the family package is ideal, as our three children can choose what they want to watch.
But Netflix are really making us think if continuing the package is the right thing to do at this time, as we’ve got to tighten our belts somewhere.
Obviously, no-one likes it when prices go up, especially if you’ve been paying Netflix for years, as loyalty should work both ways.
Our customers wouldn’t like it if we increased our print technology solution, internet phone system, PC/laptop 365 bundle by 33% and would probably start to look elsewhere.
…which is why we guarantee not to increase the price whilst you are still signed up to the service.
