Our photocopiers allow you to print, copy and scan up to A3 size in mono or colour (single sided or duplex). They come with 2 main large capacity trays (for either A4 or A3) and a bypass tray (for heavy papers). We can also set them up to scan to folder or directly to your email system.

Not only does a photocopier provide fast printing & copying, they also provide a fast multiple page (single or duplex) scanning solution. Sometimes scanning gets overlooked, but for many organisations it is becoming a must have solution, and the scanning on many desktop multi-function devices can be cumbersome and slow.
These machines are built well and are very robust. They have been designed so that the majority of the parts can be replaced if they wear out or malfunction. To support this and as part of our service, we provide a full (fix or replace) maintenance service.
