Everyone knows we are the ‘Money Saving Experts‘ for the office & workplace, right?
And that we provide free assessments to show organisations how much money they can save on their office solutions. Such as print technology and telecoms.
And this is great. But. It doesn’t really give anything back to the communities we operate in. And it’s been a huge dilemma for us working out the right recurring donation program to help our Lancashire & Greater Manchester communities in some way.
Finally though, we think we’ve cracked it…
Like any organisation charities need to print lots of stuff. And probably need to print more stuff than most businesses. As it’s not just the day to day paperwork and documents. It’s also the direct mail, booklets, flyers and posters needed to attract new sponsors, donations and volunteers.
And we know (through 15 years experience) the cheapest way to print & copy (on demand) high quality colour A4 & A3 documents, is with a large floor-standing colour photocopier (multi-function device (MFD). For the record, printing on these types of devices is up to 75% cheaper than printing on a normal desktop size laser device. And a desktop device is unlikely to have the functionality that a charity requires from it’s printing technology.
In a nutshell, we want to provide Lancashire & Greater Manchester based charities with the right printing technology, whilst giving them a way to earn recurring donations back to support the communities they represent.
So, for every colour page a charity prints with one of our photocopiers (new or refurbished) we will provide back 1p in the form of a donation. As an example, a charity who prints or copies 5,000 A4 colour pages a month, will gain a recurring monthly donation of £50 (£600 over the course of a year). And the more you print or copy the bigger the recurring monthly donation becomes. And this will carry on recurring whilst the agreement is in place.
This can be done is 2 ways:
- Sign up for 1 (or more) of our FREE refurbished photocopiers and pay only for the pages you print or copy.
- Buy (or lease) 1 (or more) new photocopier from us and pay only for the pages your print or copy.
In each of our 2 options delivery, installation, cartridges and machine service (parts & labour) are all included. There are no hidden extras and the print and copy price are guaranteed to remain the same, whilst you are in agreement.
