Are you really good at what you do?


It might seem obvious to some and maybe not so to others?

But, get really good at what you do.

You have nearly unlimited strategic choices and options about your career and what your organisation does.

Which means you can focus on doing the things you are truly good at or need to get better at.

As an example, we are really good at identifying, developing, implementing and managing printing solutions. Consequently, we concentrate most of our efforts in this area, to achieve our goal of becoming a world leader.

But it makes no sense at all to grumble and do something poorly. To insist that the competition is playing unfairly.

The market is selfish. It doesn’t care how hard you’re working or how difficult the task is.

If someone else is consistently telling a better story (and delivering on it), the market will find them.
