Following the recent firmware update by HP Inc that we reported on last week, which has caused the lock out of many compatible and remanufactured cartridges in a number of HP printers and multifunction devices.
And, in our position, as one of the leading UK suppliers of printing solutions to business and home users, we are pleased to comfirm that our cartridges, used in the affected devices “continue to function correctly”.
Many reports of further complaints from the industry and consumers have been recently noted, with HP Inc’s EU helpdesk claiming last week, that it was “working on a solution”.
Darren Turner, Managing Director of MY Total Office Solutions and Cartridge World East Lancashire, confirmed its cartridges are working in the affected printers, stating: “We can confirm the cartridges that we supply, to be used in direct replacements for HP’s 950/951, , 933/932, 934/935 and 970/971 family of cartridges, continue to function correctly”.
“We are confident that we provide the industry’s most reliable, fully functional cartridges to be used in direct replacement for HP’s 950/951, 933/932, 934/935 and 970/971 cartridges, and that they are the most resistant to firmware changes.”
